Eddy

Our rock-steady Eddy is a single origin coffee from Rwanda. From popping the pouch to the last pour, you can depend on this light roast to be packed full of flavours of mango, honey and strawberry jam. The namesake of this blend was a pretty sound chap, so you know it’s a coffee you can rely on.

The farms are located in Nyamasheke District, and the coffee grown here is some of the highest altitude harvested in Rwanda.  It’s also a region where very few wash-stations are located.

Every washing station has its own song. Throughout the day groups of staff
join together singing and dancing in the fermentation tanks, managing at least five renditions of their song while stomping the parchment. So, forget your coffee-shop middle-of-the road, mellow CD; with Eddy, you’re tuned in direct to Wash Stations FM.
