Junior

With milk chocolate flavours and aromas of cocoa and caramel,Junior is a sweet cup of the familiar. A single-origin Brazilian,our medium-light roast is a bean with legacy,  citrus acidity, intense flavours with a sweet and persistent finish.

The farm that produces our Junior blend beans,  are 3rd generation, and have rejected large bulk Brazilian coffee production. Instead, they’ve gone a full 360 degrees, opting to focus completely on producing specialty coffees, with the highest level of soil management  guaranteeing the quality of every batch. You can’t choose your family, but we’re definitely picking this one to join ours.
