When we do work with a cooperative we ensure they are operating within the highest standards of production. The beans for our Capt. Barboza are grown through a farming cooperative, in the La Paz area of Honduras. Ensuring  only 100% ripe, red wine coloured cherries are hand picked from the crop, they promote organic agriculture as a core principle pillar of their group. Now, that’s a mast where we can hoist our flag.
