FAQ
How fresh is your coffee?
We look to roast, grind and package our coffee twice a week. This ensures we can bring you the freshest cup, whilst maintaining all of the flavours and characteristics each batch is meant to bring.
I think we can all agree that fresh-roasted coffee is the absolute dog’s. So, we recommend buying only enough coffee to last a couple of weeks at a time, that way every cup you brew gives you the best possible flavour.
Where does the coffee come from?
Our Roasting Team take the time and effort to source coffee from speciality growers working on sustainable local farms in communities right across the globe.
We build direct relationships with independent farmers and importers, people we trust, and who are as passionate about speciality, sustainable coffee as we are.
What is the refund & returns policy?
We’re completely confident in the quality of our coffee… but if for any reason the coffee doesn’ t meet your expectations, get in touch and we’ll get it sorted for you.
And if you’re really not happy with the product, we’ll happily offer a refund within 30 days. We are, however, unable to reimburse postage costs.

What are the shipping costs?
FREE UK Shipping is offered for all orders placed with a combined total of £25 or more.
Any standard UK purchases under £25 will be charged at a flat rate of £4. Sometimes deliveries can be delayed, but we will do our very best to let you know if this is the case. If your goods have not arrived after 14 days just let us know

Our Customer Support is available via email and on average we answer all enquiries with 24hrs during working hours.
